Welcome to my website. Pregnancy is an amazing time for families but it can also seem a bit overwhelming. I can help! A doula is someone who can help you self-advocate so that you have an amazing and empowering birth experience. I will be there to support you every step of the way.
I am a certifying CAPPA birth doula located in Denver, CO.
I also offer postpartum doula services which include:
- Emotional, physical, and informational support in the immediate postpartum period and beyond
- Breastfeeding support and if needed, connecting you with an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
- Accompaniment on first outings with your new baby
- Light cooking and cleaning as well as assistance with other basic household tasks
